Orders
How long until my order arrives?
Each piece is made after you order it. Making takes two to five working days. Shipping then takes three to five days in the US, three to six in the UK, four to eight in Canada and six to ten in Australia.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, within two hours of placing it. After that the piece is already being made. Write to us as soon as you can and we will try.
How do I track it?
You get an email with a tracking link the moment it leaves the workshop. If the link has not moved in five days, tell us and we will chase it.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. More countries are coming. Join the list and we will tell you when yours opens.
Sizing and fit
How does it fit?
Relaxed. Tees and sweatshirts are cut a little boxy with a dropped shoulder. If you like a closer fit, take your usual size. If you are between sizes, go up.
Where is the size guide?
On every product page, next to the size buttons, and in full on the size guide page. Measurements are of the garment laid flat.
Will it shrink?
The cotton is washed before it is cut, so very little. Wash cold and hang to dry and it will keep its shape.
Returns
Can I return something made to order?
Yes. If the size is wrong or you simply do not love it, write to us within 30 days of delivery. We exchange it or refund you once it is back.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 30 days. We remake it or refund you, and you keep the first one. You do not need to send it back.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do if the fault is ours. For a change of mind, return postage is yours.
The clothes
Is the embroidery really the same colour as the fabric?
On most pieces, yes. It is called tonal embroidery. The pattern shows through the sheen and height of the thread, so it appears and fades as the light moves.
How do I wash embroidered pieces?
Inside out, cold, with similar colours. Hang to dry. Do not iron over the stitching.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. Orders are made and shipped from inside your own region wherever possible, so nothing is added at the door.
