Who we are

Pardes is a clothing brand based in Australia. This site is pardes.club. For anything on this page, write to hello@pardes.club.

What we keep

If you make an account we keep your name, your email address and the date you joined. You can add your city and your birthday if you want to. We keep your points, your card and the orders made with that account.

If you choose a password we never store it. We store a scrambled form of it that cannot be turned back into the password.

If you use Continue with Google, Google tells us your name and email address and confirms the address is yours. We do not see your Google password and we do not get access to anything else in your Google account.

When you buy something we keep what you bought, the amount, your delivery name and address, your phone number for the courier, and any note you left.

Payments

Payments are taken by Stripe on Stripe's own page. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe sends you the receipt. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Why we keep it

To make and deliver what you ordered, to keep your card and points right, to let you sign in, and to answer you when you write to us. We send news about parties and new pieces only if you ticked that box, and you can stop it at any time.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your details and we do not share them for advertising. A few companies handle them for us so the site can work: Cloudflare runs the site and its database, Stripe takes payments, Google confirms who you are if you sign in with Google, and the maker and courier get your name and address so your order can reach you.

Cookies and what stays on your phone

One cookie keeps you signed in. It lasts up to 90 days and is renewed when you visit. Your cart and your chosen currency are remembered on your own phone or computer, not on our side. Cloudflare checks that visitors are people and counts visits in a way that does not follow you around the web. We use no advertising trackers.

How long

We keep your account until you delete it. Order records are kept for as long as Australian tax law asks, which is five years.

Your choices

You can see and change your details on your Profile page. "Delete my account" there removes your profile, your points and your card for good. To see everything we hold about you, or to have an order record corrected, write to us and a person will reply.

Age

Accounts and parties are for people who are 18 or over.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so here and change the date at the top.
