Shipping and returns
Every piece is made to order. Here is what that means for timing, and what happens if it is not right.
Made to order
Nothing is made until you order it. Your piece is cut, stitched or printed, checked and packed in two to five working days. This is why we can keep every size open and why there is never a clearance rail.
Delivery times and cost

All prices are in Australian dollars. Your bank converts the amount if your card is in another currency.
Days are working days. Orders are made and sent from inside your region where possible, so there are no customs charges at the door.
Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery. Write to us with your order number and tell us what is wrong. We send a return address or a new size, whichever you prefer.
- Wrong size: we exchange it once. Return postage is on us for the first exchange.
- Changed your mind: send it back unworn and unwashed. We refund the piece. Return postage is yours.
- Damaged or not as shown: send a photo. We remake or refund it and you keep the first one.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, within five working days of the return reaching us.
